2021 Dedication

Our Chardonnay grape, aged in a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, making this wine very well-balanced. Bright flavors of green apple and sweet pear are present up front, followed by a smooth, slightly toasty, yet refreshing finish. This wine pairs especially well with grilled chicken and seafood!

2020 Vidal Blanc

Made with 100% Vidal Blanc grape, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Smells much sweeter than the actual taste. Aromas of pineapple and honeysuckle are present upon first sip. Flavors of orange zest, dried apricot and mango up front, followed by a smooth clean finish.

2021 Attica

A lovely white blend of Traminette and Riesling grapes. The aroma is sweeter than the actual taste! This is indeed a dry white wine. Bright, clean flavors of honeydew melon are present in the beginning, followed by a delicious citrusy finish with notes of key lime and lemon.

2021 Viognier

An off-dry, aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 3 months in neutral French oak. This delightful white has notes of white peach and orange up front, followed by citrus blossom and a hint of French vanilla in the finish.

2020 Autumn nectar

Aged in stainless steel tanks, this wine is considered a semi-sweet, rather than a dessert wine. Made with Traminette, Riesling and Pinot Gris. Aroma smells sweeter than the actual taste. Honey, French vanilla and cinnamon are present on the nose. “Fall-inspired” flavors of sweet honey crisp apple, orange zest and spices. The sweetness tapers off into a smooth and crisp finish.

2020 Pinot Grigio

This semi sweet is aged for 18 months in stainless steel tanks. Full flavors of sweet pear, passionfruit and melon upfront, followed by a very clean and refreshing finish at the end.

Light abounding

Light Abounding is a sparkling wine done in the traditional Champenoise method. Bursting with fruit flavors of juicy pear, green apple, and hints of toast in its finish.


2022 Three muses

In Greek mythology, the muses were deemed to be the source of inspiration. Our winemaker, Louizos, finds inspiration through his three daughters, Katherine, Evy, and Leah, and often refers to them as his “Three Muses.” This is a delicate rosé made with 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, minimal skin contact, aged strictly in stainless steel tanks. Pale-salmon pink color, fruity nose with rich expression, strawberries, nectarine, and rose petals. The mouth-feel is elegant and vibrant with refreshing acidity and is beautifully balanced with wonderful clean layers of light citrus, specifically grapefruit, and hints of red berry. 

2020 Katie’s CharM

Like the 2018 Katies Charm, the 2020 is made with 100% Chambourcin grape. Aged for 20 months in stainless steel tanks, this rosé is our very first semi-dry! Flavors of strawberry jam and cherry spice are present at the beginning, followed by an ultra-smooth, crisp and refreshing finish.

2016 Kokineli

Our traditional Greek rosé is made with our Chambourcin and Vidal Blanc grapes, and pine resin straight from Greece! This dry rosé has savory and earthy notes of pine, rosemary, thyme and sage. There are no fruit flavors present in this wine. Best served cold with traditional Greek cuisine such as grilled lamb chops, pork chops, feta cheese, olives etc!

2017 Kokineli

A more robust version of the 2016 Kokineli. The 2017 is closer to the traditional pine resin Kokineli wine. Heavier herbal notes are are present, while still putting forward a bold pine flavor, and smooth dry finish.


2020 Chambourcin

Made with 100% Chambourcin grape! This wine is aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels for 2 years. Flavors of heavy black fruit like red cherry and dried cranberry are present right up front, followed by a spicy finish with notes of cinnamon and clove! Pairs very nicely with chili and lasagna!

2021 Merlot

Fuller bodied than traditional Merlots. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 22 months. Flavor notes of blackberry and plum up front, finish with hints of dark chocolate and mocha. The finish ends smooth and silky with balanced tannins. Pairs best with red meats, stews and game.

2021 Cabernet Franc

Aged in French and American oak for 15 months. Traditional earthy and smoky Cabernet Franc. More red fruit is present at the beginning with notes of raspberry and red cherry, followed by a touch of oak and green bell pepper earthiness. Served best with Italian cuisine or any foods that have a tomato base.


2014 diathesi

White port-style wine. Aged in bourbon barrels for three years. Made with Vidal Blanc grapes. Notes of hazelnut and toast on the nose, followed by flavors of toffee, butterscotch and caramel upon the first sip. This white dessert wine has been fortified with brandy. Best served chilled, and can be used as an aperitif with tonic water and fresh lime!

2014 ariadne

Red ruby port style wine. Aged in retired whiskey barrels for over five years! Flavors of rich blackberry and black raspberry, followed by decadent dark chocolate hints in the finish. Rich, sweet and smooth. Serve with a dark chocolate, while you sip and savor this wine!

Auburn Beauty

A fortified cherry wine. Made with sour cherries, this dessert wine has been fortified with brandy. Flavors of bright juicy cherry are present upfront, followed by holiday spices like cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg in the finish. Smooth and rich flavors of pure cherries take your pallet to a new level. Serve with vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate, or crème brûlée.
